My name Sara Morris. I 'am a proud Colorado native and have lived in the Colorado Springs area my whole life. I have a husband, Brandon and two beautiful kids, Paisley and Gunnison. When they were born, I made the decision to prioritize my family and be a stay-at-home mom. Throughout this time, I actively engaged in volunteer work at my children's school and also worked alongside my mother in the culinary industry as a food truck co-owner. As often as I can, I spend time with my family and friends outdoors. We love camping, hiking, hunting and exploring Colorado and all it has to offer!

As my children grew older and more independent, I felt a new sense of purpose and decided to explore a career path that would blend my love for people, my listening skills, and my passion for the outdoors. This led to my interest in real estate. I aspire to help individuals and families find their desired lifestyles by guiding them through the process of finding the perfect home. My genuine care for others, alongside my knowledge of Colorado's diverse landscapes and outdoor activities enables me to create a unique and personalized experience for each one of my clients. Mike Orist has called this beautiful area of Colorado home for more than 40 years, graduating from Woodland Park High School. Mike’s career path includes over 25 years as a solution architect in the IT industry. During this time, he developed systems and solutions for every major financial institution in addition to some of the world’s largest national and international retail companies.

The outdoors are Mike’s haven being in an area where fishing, hunting, biking, and more are right outside your door. Matt Orist has been in Colorado all his life growing up in Woodland Park and raising his family in the Pikes Peak region where they all still live today.  He graduated from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics and has worked in the high-tech industry for 36 years.  Growing up in Colorado has created a passion for the outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, and hiking along with a love for the mountains and rural property all over Colorado.

Matt is a Professional Auctioneer with a diploma from America’s Auction Academy who can assist you with auctioning or selling your real estate.  He would be honored to serve you and he strives every day to treat others as he would have others treat him.

Tod Tobiasson - Through many life experiences and careers, Tod knows the process of building a home from the ground up.
